Shipping & Delivery

We provide two shipping options for your order (USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post) in order to ensure the best rate and time available depending on quantity, weight, and distance. Priority shipping is typically 2-3 business days to anywhere in the continental US. Parcel Post is typically 2-9 business days. We'll ship anywhere in the world. If you have a large order please contact us and we can work out shipping options to better suit your need. Discounts are available for bulk orders!

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, Paypal, Amazon or Google passwords etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Returns & Replacements

We stand by our products and believe they are the best survival kits and survival packs available. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything possible to resolve your issue. Within 30 days from the date your order was placed you may return the item for a full refund. We will also pay for return shipping if the item is being returned because it was defective, wasn't as described, or because it was damaged in shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging or has been tampered with.

Once we have received your return and verified the item is unused and in original condition, we will issue a full refund via money transfer to your payment account.

1.) Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Discovery, AMEX) processed securely utilizing full SSL encryption. No credit card information is stored on this website.
2.) Paypal Payments. Use an existing paypal account, create a new paypal account, or use your credit card via the secure paypal gateway to process your order. Upon completion of the transaction you will be returned to Zippmo and receive order confirmation via email.
